ACROSS delivered a large consignment of oversized equipment from China to Yakutia via Zabaikalsk.
ACROSS accomplished a large-scale delivery project shipping 6 dump trucks from Manchuria to Neryungri, Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
Delivery volume amounted to 800 tons within single shipment. In total there were 24 train coaches and 42 motor vehicles used, including low-frame trailers and tent Eurotrucks.
The cargo was delivered by railway from China to Zabaikalsk, where it was cleared at customs and went on by motor road to the final unloading point.
Delivery process included several stages:
- cargo acceptance to the warehouse in Manchuria
- cargo weighing and marking checks in accordance with Russian customs requirements
- loading on train cars and delivery to Russia at Zabaikalsk station
- transshipment into motor vehicles and delivery to the recipient in Neriungri
The project was accomplished in the shortest time possible. The presence of ACROSS own representatives in Zabaikalsk made it possible to promptly coordinate the project through all stages. Loading onto train cars in Manchuria:
